Absolutely! Our 5-hour Live Guest Illustration experience guarantees up to 50 guest illustrations, and depending on the flow of the event, we may be able to accommodate a few additional guests. If you would like to ensure that every guest receives an illustration, an in-studio completion add-on is available for an additional fee. Any remaining illustrations will be completed in our studio after the event and delivered to you once finished.

Yes. Prior to your event, each illustration card can be pre-printed in our studio with the couple’s names, initials, wedding date, or monogram. This personalized detail is included on every guest illustration, creating a beautiful keepsake from your wedding day.

Yes. Additional In Studio Custom Portraits are available as an optional add-on and are created after the wedding using reference photos.

Travel within the San Juan metropolitan area is included in the service price. Additional travel fees may apply for events located outside the metropolitan area, including destinations on the eastern side of Puerto Rico.

Yes! Destination events are always welcome. For events outside of Puerto Rico, we recommend booking several months in advance to allow for travel planning and coordination. Travel, accommodations, transportation, and any additional travel-related expenses will be included in your customized proposal.

Yes! To allow as many guests as possible to enjoy the experience, illustrations are typically created individually or as couples, with one illustration per guest and no duplicates. Guests are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis using a photo reference. Groups of up to three people may be accommodated, including families with small children, although these illustrations may require additional time to complete.

My signature illustration style is minimal and fashion-inspired, so detailed facial features such as eyes, nose, and mouth are typically not included. Depending on the flow of the event and time available, I may add subtle details such as eyelashes or lips while maintaining the simplicity and elegance of my signature style.

Yes. Additional hours can be added for an additional hourly fee, subject to availability.

A four-hour Wedding Engraving Bar is recommended for events with up to approximately 150 guests. For weddings with a larger guest count, additional service hours may be recommended and quoted separately.

On average, I can engrave approximately 20–30 pieces per hour when personalizing names or initials. The exact number may vary depending on the length and complexity of each personalization and the flow of the event.

The number of completed pieces depends on the service time, guest participation, and the type of personalization requested. Engraving is generally offered on a first-come, first-served basis unless another system is arranged in advance.

No. The items to be engraved are not included in the service price. However, selected items may be sourced and quoted separately upon request.

Yes. Clients may provide their own items, as long as they are suitable for engraving. Items should be reviewed in advance to confirm compatibility.

Most glasses and stemware can be engraved as long as they have a smooth, texture-free surface and the glass is approximately 1.5 mm thick or more. Textured, ribbed, or very thin glass may not be suitable for engraving.
