Live Wedding Guest Illustration Experience

Led exclusively by artist Ingrid Rivera, this service offers a refined live wedding illustration experience designed to elevate guest engagement through intentional artistry, atmosphere, and presence.
This is not a production-based service nor a rushed souvenir station, it is a curated, live artistic experience where quality, pacing, and authenticity are the priority.
As a solo artist, Ingrid personally illustrates each guest during the event, supported by a dedicated assistant who manages guest coordination, reference photography, and overall flow.

Artistic Process & Signature Style
During the event, the assistant captures reference photos of guests, which are used as inspiration to create Ingrid Rivera’s recognizable illustration style. This allows guests to continue enjoying the celebration without waiting or remaining seated.
Illustrations are created in a minimal, fashion-inspired style. The primary medium is watercolor, combined with markers, pencils, acrylic markers, acrylic paint details, and subtle glitter accents when artistically appropriate. As part of this aesthetic, eyes are not always illustrated, this is a deliberate stylistic choice.
All reference photos are permanently deleted from the device once the event concludes, ensuring guest privacy.
Environment & Setup Requirements
This experience is designed for indoor or fully covered environments. In tropical island settings, outdoor conditions such as sun exposure, humidity, evening dew, wind, or rain may compromise materials and workflow, especially during extended service hours.
Required setup includes an indoor or covered space, one table approximately 6 feet long (round tables acceptable), two chairs (one for the artist and one for the assistant), and stable lighting.
Guest Capacity & Experience Flow
This service is recommended for events of up to 50 guests and allows for the live illustration of up to 45 individual people. Coverage is counted by person, not by illustration sheet or composition.
One illustration is created per individual or a couple. Repeats or additional compositions may only be created in more intimate events and only if time allows after all guests have been illustrated.
There is no post-event or in-studio completion.
All artwork is created live during the event as part of the experience.
Live Illustration Flow
The assistant begins capturing guest photos shortly before the official five-hour service begins, typically during cocktail hour. Guests may then visit the illustration table to secure their spot. Average illustration time is approximately 3–4 minutes per person.
Children & Guest Considerations
Children may be illustrated. Babies or toddlers may be illustrated together with a parent or close family member. Due to style and pacing, the professional recommendation is one illustration per person whenever possible.
Couple Illustration (Included)
A dedicated 5 x 7 illustration of the couple is included. This piece is more detailed than guest illustrations and serves as a commemorative keepsake.
Professional Presence & Event Etiquette
Standard attire is black to maintain a polished and cohesive vendor presence. Professional conduct is upheld at all times, including respectful language and discreet interaction. No alcoholic beverages are consumed during service hours. For events exceeding five consecutive hours, inclusion in the vendor meal is requested.
Technical Requirements
Electricity is not required. All tools and materials are rechargeable, and battery backups are provided by the artist.
Availability & Scheduling
Wedding guest illustration services are limited and available only through October 2026. Availability is subject to scheduling between live events, in-studio work, and ongoing creative projects at our studio in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico.
Booking & Payment Terms
A signed service contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance is due according to the service agreement.
Artistic Style Disclosure
Be Creative by Ingrid maintains a distinctive and recognizable illustration style. The style presented in our portfolio and social platforms is the style delivered. Third-party styles are not replicated.
Pricing
Base Service Rate: $1,500.00
This rate includes up to five (5) hours of live illustration service and the support of one assistant.
Additional services, extended hours, travel, or special requests are quoted separately.
