As a solo artist, I have spent several years working across live events, brand activations, on-site personalization, and wedding illustrations. This experience has shaped not only my artistic style, but also the way I structure and deliver each service with intention, clarity, and respect for the creative process.

Wedding Illustration Services for 2026 follow a clearly defined structure, thoughtfully curated to reflect the artistry, preparation, and time behind every illustration. As my studio is now dedicated to personalized gifts, engraving, and quantity-based projects, illustrations are no longer offered as in-studio services, ensuring a focused and elevated experience within each wedding setting.

A Defined Structure, Designed with Intention

Wedding illustration services are offered exclusively as an on-site, five-hour live illustration experience. During this time, I illustrate all guests that can be completed within the scheduled window.

The service guarantees a minimum of 45 guest illustrations, including the couple.

Each illustration is created one per person or per couple, in a half-body style, on 5 × 7 in. paper.

Pricing, Time Commitment & Travel

The investment for this service is $1,400.00, up to five (5) consecutive hours of live illustration.

An additional minimum of two hours is required on-site prior to guest arrival for setup and materials preparation.

This pricing may include a travel fee, depending on the venue location and municipality. Any applicable travel fee is communicated in advance.

On-Site Logistics & Guest Flow

Shortly before the illustration service begins, my assistant starts coordinating the guest flow by taking reference photos of guests who wish to participate. While most guests are excited to be illustrated, it is important to note that participation is optional, and some guests may choose not to take part.

The assistant explains the process to guests and manages expectations, ensuring a smooth and organized experience. Reference photos are then sent to me in real time, allowing me to focus entirely on the illustration process without interruptions.

Throughout the event, illustrations are completed and delivered progressively, maintaining a natural and fluid rhythm within the celebration.

Illustration Style & Artistic Approach

My wedding illustrations are intentionally minimal, rather than hyper-realistic.

Details such as outfits, textures, silhouettes, hairstyles, hair color, and key design elements are subtly exaggerated to elevate the final piece. Skin tone is suggested with soft color accents and, in some cases, may be left unpainted depending on timing, flow, and artistic discretion.

This approach allows each illustration to be completed efficiently while preserving an elegant, cohesive aesthetic.

The Live Experience

Each illustration typically takes approximately 3 to 5 minutes, depending on complexity and guest interaction. As this is a live art experience, guests often approach the table to observe the process, ask questions, and engage in conversation.

This interaction is a meaningful part of the service. While illustrating, I welcome these moments of connection, responding warmly and maintaining the flow of the experience. The result is not only a keepsake, but a shared, memorable moment during the celebration.

Materials, Craftsmanship & Studio Preparation

All illustrations are created using professional, artist-grade materials, including highly pigmented watercolors, professional markers, fineliners, and mixed media tools.

Each wedding also includes extensive studio preparation, beginning with the development of a personalized art style for the couple prior to the event. All illustration paper is printed and prepared in advance, including additional materials to ensure a seamless on-site workflow.

Through years of experience, I have intentionally chosen a quality-over-quantity approach. This refined structure allows each illustration to be created with care, consistency, and attention to detail, without rushing or compromising the guest experience.
